What happens when my trial ends?
You keep read-only access to everything you've built, and you can still export your manual as a PDF. Editing and new emergency packs pause until you pick a plan.
Can my partner or designated person see everything I write?
You choose who is a designated emergency contact and when to generate emergency access. Day-to-day, they do not sit inside your editor - Stillago is built so you can prepare without oversharing until the moment calls for it.
What is the difference between the CPA link and my CFO's firm account?

Should I pick annual billing or a multi-year prepay?
Annual is the simplest default. 5- and 10-year prepays lock in access for a busy season of life and save versus paying year-by-year - good when you already know Stillago will stay in your continuity stack.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your settings any time. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you decide it's not for you. You can cancel at any time - you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Is my data ever used to train AI?
No. Your manual is yours. We don't sell data, we don't train on it, and sensitive answers are encrypted at the field level.
